As a small independent bar we have very few restrictions on what we can do.  This allows us the freedom to introduce a brand new menu every year, as well as various limited pop-up additions.

 

Whether it’s your all-time fave, looking to spice up your life or just want a good old-fashioned throwback cocktail we’ve got you covered.  Don't forget, if you can't see your favourite concoction, whether it's from a previous Tonic menu or a classic, we can still make it - just ask!
